The Chief of the White House of the CNN, Kaitlan Collins, apparently eliminated a publication on social networks after receiving a violent reaction because it seems to promote a defense fund for Luigi Mangione, the alleged murderer of the CEO of Unitedhealthcare.
In the publication in X, Collins showed a link to a new website launched by defense lawyers of Mangione, facing charges from First degree murder On average of an act of terrorism, harassment and other state and federal positions in New York and Pennsylvania for allegedly shooting CEO of UnitedHarse Brian Thompson In Manhattan on December 4, 2024. The publication of Collins obtained criticism from several users in X, including the spectators editor, Stephen L. Miller.

Miller also called Collins for eliminating the publication with “without explanation”, saying: “I suppose I was not related to the white house correspondent.”
Wmal’s presenter, Larry O’Connor, commented on the situation, saying that Collins “used his considerable platform to promote a link for the defense fund of a cold blood murderer.”
“It has not yet apologized or published anything else in 24 hours,” he added.

The best -selling author of the New York Times, Jack Posobiec, also shared his opinion on the X post of Collins.
“Kaitlan Collins de CNN promotes Luigi Mangione’s legal defense fund after Mangione (was) shown in a video murdering a man with cold blood,” he published on Saturday.
