Actress Julianne Moore said on an Instagram post on Sunday that she is in “great surprise” about the book of her children allegedly prohibited by President Donald Trump’s Ministry of Defense.
“It is a great shock for me to know that my first book, Freckleface Strawberry, has been prohibited by the Trump administration of the schools led by the Department of Defense,” said Julianne Moore on an Instagram post.
Moore, who won an Oscar in 2015 for his film, “Still Alice,” published a book for children in 2007 called, “Freckleface Strawberry“About a girl who has freckles and learns to accept differences in herself and others.

In his Instagram publication, Moore said that the book is “a semi -autobiographic story about a seven -year -old girl who does not like her pechers, but finally learns to live with them when she realizes that she is different ‘like everyone else’ ‘ .
Fox News Digital contacted the Ministry of Defense To comment, and was sent to the educational activity of the Department of Defense, the DOD entity that plans and executes educational programming prior to K to 12 for the Department of Defense, but did not immediately receive an answer.

She added: “It is irritating to me to realize that children like me, growing with a father in the service and attending a @dodea_edu school (the activity of education education of the Department of Defense) will not have access to a book written by someone whose life experience is very similar to yours.
