Canadian officials say there was a plane crash in Toronto Pearson Airport Monday afternoon.
The plane crash, which involved a Delta flight from Minneapolis to Toronto, was first informed by CTV. Peel Regional Police He says he is investigating the number of potential injuries, which are unknown from now on.
The images on social networks show the plane backwards on a snow -covered track. Toronto Pearson confirmed the accident in X.
“Toronto Pearson is aware of an incident by landing that involves a Delta Airlines plane that arrives from Minneapolis,” said the airport post. “Emergency teams are responding.”
The airport added that all passengers and the plane crew “are taken into account.”
The authorities are actively investigating the scene.
