Two teenagers are in custody after allegedly threatening to place pipe pumps in a Montgomery County, TexasSecondary, and opening fire against students, according to the police.
SPRING BRANCH ISD POLICE He told Fox News that the two teenagers, aged 15 and 16, were going to place pipe bombs on High School memorial before shooting the students.
