Eric Mabius It was arrested The morning of Thursday in Yulee, Florida, for a simple battery, according to an arrest record obtained by Fox News Digital.
The Hallmark actor, who seemed to have a purple eye in his photo of the cup, supposedly “hit” two women on the floor inside a Nassau County bar for an altercation around 2 am local time.
It faces two positions for minor crimes for aggression and resistance to arrest without violence.

Mabius supposedly “demolished” an intoxicated woman, who was bothering people in a flower bar, and a woman who was allegedly harassing, according to a statement from the arrest officer with the department of the Sheriff of Nassau County.
“The victim said this only took a few seconds, but while he was on the floor that Eric put on top of her and was pulling her hair, a handful of her hair from her scalp,” the officer who called him continued. “The victim then declared that this is when several people at the bar could take away both arrests.”

The intoxicated woman was also arrested, according to the arrest registry.
Mabius became “more belligerent” once the officers brought him out of the bar, “without following simple orders to sit in the bank,” the officer who called him continued, and added: “At one time, Eric tried to stand up and walk behind me while trying to finish investigating the incident.

A witness who said that the intoxicated woman had spit on him, told the officers that “Eric, hung both girls to the ground and grabbed Eric de las Girls” when the police arrived at the scene.
The witness said he did not want to press the charges for being spit, but the woman who was allegedly thrown to the ground wanted to press the charges against Mabius and the intoxicated woman, and each one was arrested by a simple battery.
