According to a paternity request presented in the New York Supreme Court, St. Clair alleges that the couple entered a romantic relationship in May 2023 and conceived a child in January 2024, in St. Barts.

St. Clair also states that Musk recognized the sexual relationship in a text of November 24, 2024 that said: “I want to call it again”, and in a text of February 2, 2025 that said: “Well, we make it have a legion of children to do. “
The photos included in the request supposedly show Musk holding a baby while on his cell phone, along with screenshots of what seem to be messages between the couple.
Judicial documents The state of Musk has only visited the child three times, has not been involved in his care and has not asked for custody.
