A three -legged shelter dog He is receiving a new lease of life thanks to a robotic genius of high school and the 3D prosthetic leg that he dreamed to help the dog adopt more easily.
The moving history began when a school counselor approached the leader of the Robotics team of Southampton High School, 16, Sarah Barros with an extraordinary opportunity to test his skills.
“(The counselor said) ‘I know he is very interested in design engineering. I heard about this great friend’s opportunity that there is a dog in the shelter that might need a leg, and this is a great project that could assume’ , “Said Barros in a “Fox and friends first” Interview on Tuesday.
“I didn’t see any reason why I shouldn’t. It was really a fun trip.”

It is speculated that Tryla, the friend of a six -year pit bull mixture at the center of the story, lost her right front leg after being hit by a car when she was younger. The owner who could no longer take care of her took her to the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation in Hampton Bays, New York, two years ago, the New York Post reported.
Sitting with Tryla resting in her lap, Barros shared how she raised money to finance the materials for the project, poured research on weight weight distribution, focused on measures and went through the test and error process to get everything well.
Some models would pinch or irritate Tryla’s skin. Others failed to take into account their other joints.
Amy Beth Stern New York Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation said the appropriate model has helped Tryla achieve better stability and more active throughout the day.

“She is an absolute dear, and it is difficult for people to see beyond that additional effort you have to do for a Dog with special needs“Stern told Fox News.
“Here, in the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation Foundation, we focus a lot on older dogs and dogs with special needs and anything that helps them, whether medications or a prosthetic leg, something that helps the animal to live a better life and does it easier.
Tryla still resides in Long Island’s shelter and is looking for her home forever. Stern says that the furry friend “wonderful” sweet “likes his attention and would probably benefit more than one home without other dogs.
“He likes his humans very much. (He needs) someone who can exercise it and be patient with the fact that he needs additional help. He needs to exercise to stay on the healthy weight side because his disability can lead to an increase in Weight because it cannot be as active as some of the other dogs for so long.
