For creator Jon Erwin, the project is the fulfillment of a dream for life.
In an interview with Fox News Digital, The showrunner behind several hits based on faith revealed that he wanted to tell David’s story for decades. He began writing the script of “House of David” when he was a teenager after visiting the tomb of King David In Jerusalem.
“He simply felt like this great story to assume and try to do justice,” Erwin said.
