The Supreme Court throws condemnation and death sentence of the Oklahoma inmate

The Supreme Court has eliminated the conviction for murder and the death sentence of the Richard Glossip de Oklahoma, ordering a new trial.

Glossip was sentenced in the murder of an owner of a motel in 1997 in which prosecutors alleged that it was a rental murder plot.
