Fox News Digital spoke with two political analysts about where President Trump remains in terms of the American public about some of the main issues that are directed at his address to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday night.
Rob Bluey, president and executive editor of The Daily Signal, and Julian Epstein, Democratic Operational, lawyer and former leading lawyer of the Judicial Committee of the House of Representatives, gave Trump AF grades in some of the main problems that are expected to play in his speech.
Immigration:
Blue: a
“The Secretary of National Security, Kristi Noem and the Tsar of the Border, Tom Homan, are among the most visible members of the Trump administration,” Bluey told Fox News Digital.

“His work is paying off. Customs and border protection are found with a record number of illegal foreigners on the southern border. Thanks to the combination of increased application and the threat of deportation, President Trump is fulfilling his promise to end illegal immigration. He will need more resources from Congress to finish the work and finally ensure the border.”
Epstein: a
“Promises made, promised, the public is strongly behind it in this, and democracies do not survive too much time under the biden Open Borders approach,” Epstein said.
Foreign policy:
Blue: b
“President Trump promised to end the war between Russia and Ukraine in 24 hours. That is demonstrating to be more difficult, mainly due to the unrealistic demands of Volodymyr Zelenskyy,” Bluey said. “After Friday’s explosion at the Oval office, it is not clear when peace conversations will resume. In the Middle East, Trump hopes to replicate the success of Abraham’s negotiated agreements during his first mandate. Trump established the tone with his ultimatum so that Hamas publishes hostages, although there are approximately approximately 59 in the captivity. With the first phase of the CEESE phase.
Epstein: b
“Zelenskyy Presser’s melt did not make anyone well on the global stage, Epstein said.” Rule #1: Act together before leaving public. And where are our hostages in Gaza? On the other hand, Trump is playing three -dimensional chess in each theater, where Biden was touching the pain and never made a significant progress. “
Culture Wars (DEI, Trans Transmission):
Blue: A+
“Using his executive powers, President Trump ordered the end of Dei throughout the federal government, and presented its deep roots through the bureaucracy,” Bluey told Fox News Digital. “By eliminating Dei’s works, it ensures that taxpayers no longer subsidize this Marxist idea. He also signed an executive order that prohibits the men of women’s sports, an iconic moment with young athletes encouraged him. His confrontation with Maine Gov. Janet Mills about the problem shows that he is serious about enforcing him.”
Epstein: a
“The American people never wanted the cultural revolution that the extreme left was trying to impose on race and gender, the president will have a super majority of public support in this,” Epstein said.

DOGE:
Blue: a
“Elon Musk and Doge team are searching to save taxpayers $ 1 billion, which would reduce the budget deficit in half,” Bluey told Fox News Digital. “They have already found $ 65 billion and have shown the results on a public website. But that represents only 6.5% of Musk’s goal, revealing how discouraging it will be.
Epstein: B+
“Trump, must, will have public support to free the bureaucracy of all his cultural revolutionary ideology and flabby,” Epstein said. “But they are acting as if they were in a breathless race against the father’s time in this, when they really have time to make sure they do not cut important things such as cancer research.”

Economy:
Blue: b
“President Trump acknowledged that inflation will be difficult to tame, blaming his predecessor,” Bluey explained. “It is true that the Ola of Expenses of the Administration Biden led us to this disaster. And it does not help Trump also face an aviar flu outbreak that causes an increase in egg prices. Voters, however, they expect Trump to deliver their promise to help with the cost of living. Their efforts to reduce regulatory charges and provide tax relief.
Epstein: b
“Biden made many mistakes and made many silly things, probably the most silly was the inflation of the shelf,” Epstein said. “In spite of the entire whirlwind, we have seen very little on the way Trump addresses inflation in the first month. This has to change.”
