Apple has launched a new Mac studio, a desktop computer for professionals who need a new performance. The company tries to do something new with Mac Studio when choosing between M4 MAX or M3 Ultra.
Mac Studio starts at $ 1.999. Pre-ordered ones are open today and will be available in the Apple Store starting on Wednesday, March 12.
Interestingly, despite the version number, M3 ultra, the plugs are the latest addition to the M-Series Lineup. Apple’s “Ultra” version in Lingo is stronger than the “MAX” version (itself stronger than the “Pro” version). Compared to the M1 Ultra, the company with the previous Ultra chip says customers can expect better performance with M3 Ultra 2.6x.
Mac Studio offers a lot of choice when you do not find the limits of the configuration tool on the Apple’s website configuration tool. Customers can get up to 512GB RAM and 16TB memory.
The design seems unchanged with most of the ports behind the computer. You will find two port and two port and two traditional USB for four Thunderbolt 5 port and inheritance accessories. There is also a port of HDMI and 10GB Ethernet. Thanks to a valid 3.5mm headset Jack, you can also connect a sound device. Unlike Mac Mini, the power button remains easily available behind the device.
In the front of the computer you will find a SD slot and two additional USB-C port. If you choose for a M4 max, they are only USB-C ports (without Thunderbolt capabilities). If you take a M3 ultra, those ports are a full-lighth lightning 5 port.
