Donald Trump and Elon Musk are thugs

Barcelona – Apple The co -founder Steve Wozniak criticized the “Mazo” approach that the Elon Musk government efficiency department has taken to reduce administrative costs and implement massive shots in federal government agencies.

The Government Efficiency Department, or “Dux”, to abbreviate, is an initiative that President Donald Trump established to optimize the federal government and reduce its administrative expense.

“I definitely believe that we should seek inefficiencies in the government, but that we have a great department that is analyzed little by little,” Wozniak told CNBC on Tuesday from a technological conference on Tuesday.

But he added: “Only massive shots … It is not good for a business to run that way”, referring to Dege’s deep cuts to work in several government agencies. “It really is to discover what works and what does not make the changes.”

He pointed out that, although addressing administrative charges and bureaucracy in the government can be something good, it is a process that must be done “more surgically, with a scalpel instead of a deck.”

‘Bullying’

Wozniak also accused Trump and Musk of “harassment” about the treatment of the United States of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the massive shots of the Government’s efficiency department to federal government agencies.

“Elon Musk, I don’t know what he got into his head,” Wozniak added. “Sometimes you become so rich in these large companies, and you are on top: you are going to the head and you are the most incredible person in the world and the brightest and you will dictate what others will do.”

CNBC has communicated with the White House and Tesla to comment.

Wozniak, who says he has Ukrainian inheritance, said Trump and Musk have mistreated Ukraine and accused them of being thugs.

“Intimidation is the best way to think about it,” he told CNBC. “If you are at school, the stalker will make his way on the little one.”

He pointed out: “I have always favored the child for the big guy, and I have always favored the consumer of a good about the producer,” he added, in an apparent reference of the Musk Tesla electric cars firm.

Relationships with the United States with Ukraine have been grated since Trump assumed the position. American officials have restored relations with their Russian counterparts, but excluded Ukraine from preliminary conversations that establish the bases for peace. The tensions between Washington and kyiv intensified recently after Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy described Trump as “living in a Russian misinformation bubble.”

Trump then responded, calling the leader of Ukraine as a “dictator without elections.” Zelenskyy won the 2019 Ukraine US vote, which has not been able to celebrate national surveys since its invasion.

‘On the wrong side of Elon’

Wozniak said it also suspects that it has been expelled from X, the social networks platform previously known as Twitter after several public diatribes on the quality of Tesla vehicles in television interviews. Musk is the owner of X.

The Apple co -founder said that he had not violated any of the rules of the social networks platform and that he has succeeded at each step to defrost his account, which, according to him, has been blocked during the last two or three months.

“Maybe it’s because I was on the wrong side of Elon,” he added.

X was not immediately available to comment when CNBC contacted.

Wozniak has several teslas, but says he is not a fan of how Musk electric vehicles have evolved over time.

“At every step that changed things in the car, it worsened more and more, and is now miserable for the user interface,” he said. “Come from Apple, the user interface, the way in which technology is about, is the most important thing in the world for me. And Tesla is the worst in the world.”

Wozniak added that they do not like automatically or autonomous assistance characteristics of Tesla, due to concerns about systems safety.

Tesla did not immediately respond a CNBC request for comments on Wozniak’s criticism to the company.
