Michael Jordan career team to deal with legal actions


Nascar is accusing 23XI of races of violations “deliberately” of the antitrust laws, as shown in the judicial documents. The company is co -owner for the six -time NBA champion Michael Jordan.

“Nascar agreed the joint negotiations that now attack. When these joint negotiations failed, they used individual negotiations to impose their terms Charter, that most teams decided that they had no choice but to accept.”

The convention suggested that Polk was the leader in the fight against the proposals of the current letter. Nascar’s lawyer, Christopher Yates, told Associated Press that Polk lacks a complete understanding of Nascar’s business model.

“Curtis Polk basically orchestrated and threatened a boycott of one of the classification races for an important event, and others did not accompany him,” said Yates. “He won other teams to boycott a meeting required by the letter. When you have a boycott threatened with the qualified races that are covered by the media, that is not good for other race equipment, it is not good when you try to grow collectively the sport.”

The classification career in question was the 150 -mile duel couple last year who established the field for the Daytona 500.

“I don’t think Mr. Polk really understand the sport,” Yates added. “I think he entered him, and his opinion is that it should be much more similar to the NBA or other league sports. But it is not. No motoring is like that. It has done many things that could work in the NBA or could be fine in the NBA, but it is simply not appropriate in Nascar.”

Meanwhile, Jordan has previously stated that he is demanding Nascar on behalf of all teams so that everyone can have an equal position in terms of benefits as a participant in the Motorsports League in the United States.
