Sharifullah was extradited to the United States on Tuesday night to “face US justice,” said FBI director Kash Patel.

“3 and 1/2 years later, justice for our 13,” Patel added in X.

Around 5:36 pm that day, Abdul Rahman Al-Logari, member of the Islamic State of Iraq and the province of Ash-Sham-Khorasan (ISIS-K), “detonated a suicide bomb of Abbey Gate, killing 13 members of the United States military service and approximately 160 civilians,” said the Department of Justice.

Sharifullah confessed that exploring the route of attack and training of armed men involved in a terrorist attack near Moscow last year, according to an affidavit of the Department of Justice published this week.
