Minnesota legislators recently presented a bill that would prevent state and local government agencies do not allow employees to share the immigration data requested by USA. Immigration and customs application (ICE).

According to HF 16, sponsored by state representative Max Rymer, Ramado R-North, Minnesota APPLICATION OF THE LAW And government agencies would no longer be allowed to create ordinances, regulations and policies that “limit or prohibit government employees to communicate with federal officials on the migratory state of people.”

ICE is already exceeding the total number of arrests in 2024, the agency said Wednesday.
