It is March, which means that madness occurs in the University Basketball court.
Sometimes that madness is due to some brutal errors that result in agonizing losses.
That is exactly what happened at the Middle East Athletic Conference Final male basketball tournament On Saturday, when Caleb McCarty, from the state of South Carolina, seemed to make a play savings play when he stole an entrance pass and tied the game at 65 each against Norfolk State.

However, McCarty’s heroic moment quickly became sour when he did not seem to realize what the score was at the time of the next entrance game.
With 10.6 seconds to play, McCarty pursued Norfolk stateThe Christians of the Christians and intentionally summoned it. McCarty’s teammates were in shock, throwing their arms into the air when Ings could go to the free throw line to get two free throws to take the lead once more.
Ings ended up hitting only one of those two free throws with 8.9 seconds to play, although the state of South Carolina had one more opportunity in a bucket to rectify the wrong foul.
But the last shot in the bell failed, and Norfolk State celebrated his trip to the NCAA tournament as the Meac Champions. Meanwhile, the state of South Carolina could not have been more disconsolate.

The Bulldogs also rose 34-25 in the half time, but 41-31 were overcome in the second half when the Spartans returned.
