A new study reveals which cities in the United States are considered the “best cities for San Patricio Day celebrations”, and the first places may or may not surprise it.
Wallethub published its 2025 report after conducting investigations in 200 main cities. The cities that classified were based on key metrics, ranging from Irish Pubs and restaurants per capita, hotel prices and time forecast.
Chip Lupo, an analyst at Wallethub, said millions of Americans celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, regardless of their ancestry.

Taking gold as the best city to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in 2025 is Boston.
The city is known for the tradition of the oldest parade, dating from 1724, according to Wallethub.
The city has the sixth largest Irish pubs and the sixth more Irish restaurants per capita, noticed by affordability as well.

In the fourth place was Santa Rosa, California, and the fifth best city to celebrate the Irish holidays was Worcester, Massachusetts.
The report also indicated that Naperville, Illinois, had the largest Irish population and lower crime rate.
