The White House criticized a federal judge attempt to stop the Trump administration recent Deportation flights, A movement that was considered “too late” by the Central American leader who accepted deportations during the weekend.
Friday, president Donald Trump He invoked Alien enemies law of 1798, which allows the deportation of natives and citizens of an enemy nation without an audience. The act had only been successfully invoked three times in the history of the United States: during the War of 1812, World War I and Second World War.
The US District Judge, James Boasberg, recently ordered an immediate stop to deportations to determine if Trump’s invocation of the 1798 law was legal, but an official of the Trump administration told Fox News that the planes that transported migrants had already left the United States airspace when the judge issued his order.
In a statement to Fox News on Sunday, the White House Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, said the Trump Administration “did not” refuse to comply “with a court order.”

“The order, which did not have a legal basis, was issued after terrorist aliens (Aragua Train) had already been withdrawn from the US territory,” Leavitt said. “The written order and the actions of the administration do not conflict.”
“In addition, as the Supreme Court has repeatedly made clear: federal courts generally have no jurisdiction on the conduct of foreign affairs president, their authorities under the law of alien enemies and its main powers of article II to eliminate foreign terrorists from the US soil and repel an invasion declared,” Leavitt added. “A single judge in a single city cannot direct the movements of an aircraft full of foreign terrorists who were physically expelled from the American soil.”
