Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, He has been involved in another encounter with the law.
On Sunday, March 16, the 64 -year -old man was arrested in Palm Beach, Florida, at 5:18 pm for violating probation, according to the documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
The arrest occurs only weeks after Lohan was arrested for allegedly assaulting his separate wife, Kate Major Lohan, in Texas.

In the judicial documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Lohan was accused in February of a serious crime assault called “continuous violence against the family.”
At that time, a representative of the Harris County Sheriff’s office told Fox News Digital: “On Friday, February 21, 2025, the plaintiff (Kate Lohan) was in a medical follow -up, when the defendant (Michael Lohan) was observed by Mrs. Lohan in the parking lot. A call was made to 911 and answered the deputies.”
“She told the agents that Lohan had taken her out of a chair in her residence a few days before. The plaintiff felt pain and discomfort. A deputy woman was able to witness the bruises in the body of the plaintiffs,” the statement continued.
In a statement exclusively to Fox News Digital, Kate said: “I am praying for privacy for the good of my children and me and finally praying justice.”

At the time of the February arrest, Mike Quinn, representative of Lohan, shared a statement with Fox News Digital, writing: “We want to take a moment to recognize Michael Lohan as a devout father, and I have only known him as a loving husband, and a man who has proudly kept his bribed for a decade. Sobriety, a challenge that they have faced together with the courage and compassion of Michael and Kate, my wife and I really worry us and believe in their character.

Quinn has not yet responded to the request for comments from Fox News Digital on Lohan’s recent arrest.
Lohan and Kate got married in 2014 and shared two children, Landon Major Lohan and Logan Michael Lohan.

The 64 -year -old man was previously Arrested in 2020 and accused of a minor crime of criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment in second degree, and probation for two years.
