The representative of the Democratic State of Illinois, Bob Morgan, suggested to the girls of the high school that alleged that they had been Forced to change With a transgender student in a locker room he had lied about the situation.

During a Illinois General Assembly Session on Tuesday, Morgan went to the alleged incident after Deerfield resident Nicole Georgas, the Deerfield resident, who filed a federal civil rights complaint after exposing the alleged incident at a meeting of the school board last week.

In Morgan’s response, he described the problem as “a lie”, while praising the management of his community and schools of the situation and condemned Neimberg for even raising the problem.

“I am really proud of my community that defended those who need to be defended and protected, making sure to have excellent schools, which by the way, we have incredible and incredible schools, incredible families, an incredible community that has joined to deal with this situation. Because it is a lie!” Morgan said.

“Then, the next time a representative wants to talk about other districts, I understand that he could be ashamed and, frankly, he should probably be, but instead of being on this floor we take our time talking about children, try to talk about their own district.”

Georgas responded to Morgan’s accusations in an answer in X.

“Actually (Morgan representative?) Was your daughter in the locker room? Because mine was! How dare you accuse them of lying? You are disgusting (and) despicable and I hope that one day the audio for you!” Georgas wrote.

Georgas filed his civil rights complaint before the Department of Justice After stating that school administrators had tried to force their 13 -year -old daughter to change in front of a transgender student in girls’ locker room last month.

Nicole Georgas revealed the complaint during a meeting of the Education Board for Deerfield Public School District 109 Last week, claiming that the incident had been placed last month after his daughter refused to change her uniform during physical education because a biological student had been present at that time.

“The girls want their changing rooms and bathrooms back. They want their privacy to return. That’s why I’m here tonight. The well -being, mental health and privacy of my thirteen -year -old daughter are at stake, “Georgas said during his speech at the meeting of the Board on Thursday.

According to Georgas, his daughter had been “scared” and “extremely annoying” when on February 5 he had been using the girls’ bathroom and noticed that a transgender student was also using the facilities at the same time.

“The administration told him that a student can use the bathroom, as well as a female wardrobe because they now identify as women,” Georgas said about the explanation that the administrators allegedly provided to their daughter.

Georgas said the situation got worse when, days later, his daughter and other classmates refused to change his uniform during physical education because the transgender student was present.

He said that the next day, the school administrators took the girls and then changed them in uniform.

“That day, (Superintendent Student Services Assistant) Joanna Ford, (Deputy Director) Cathy Van Tresese, and several teachers entered the girl’s locker room, making them become uniforms. This continued the whole week,” he said, adding that his daughter still “refused to participate.”

Georgas then raised the problem to the school administration, and pointed out that she believed it was a direct violation of President Donald Trump’s “Keep men out of female sports” Executive order. She said in her speech that the administration informed her that, under the direction of her legal advisor, the student was free to use the girls ‘bathroom and girls’ costume.

In a statement to Fox News Digital, District 109 of the Deerfield public schools said that no student is required to change others in the locker room and added that school policies are aligned with state law.
