An investigation is underway after a rebel passenger allegedly attacked another passenger On a flight from Delta Air Lines From Atlanta to Los Angeles, the Federal Aviation Administration confirmed.
The FAA told Fox News Digital that Delta Air Lines’s flight landed safely at Los Angeles International Airport around 11:45 am on Monday, after the crew reported. A passenger disturbator.

An airline spokesman shared a statement with Fox News Digital and confirmed that they were working with police authorities and have “zero tolerance” for this type of behavior.
“Delta has zero tolerance for rebel behavior and worked with police authorities in the investigation,” a Delta Air Lines spokesman shared in a statement.

Neither the airline nor the FAA shared what happened or if the passenger would face criminal or civil sanctions.
The Los Angeles Fire Department shared with Kabc-TV that the crew on board the flight declared that an adult man had to be restricted after biting a passenger and hitting others.

The authorities added that an ambulance led the rebel passenger to the hospital for a psychological evaluation and then returned to examine a passenger who had injured, the outlet reported.
FAA said that Airlines have reported More than 1,800 passenger rebel incidents in 2024.
One of those incidents included a “rebel” passenger aboard a Cincinnati flight to Las Vegas, on December 23, which had to be diverted to Kansas City, where the passenger was removed.

Until now, more than 300 of these types of incidents have been registered in 2025, according to the FAA website.
“The FAA pursues a legal action for application against any passenger who assaults, threats, intimidates or interferes with the members of the airline crew, and can propose civil sanctions of up to $ 37,000 for rape,” said the agency.
