David Benavidez rejects the interim fight of Callum Smith, demands the opportunity of the CMB title

David Benavidez says “definitely” defeated the winner of the Dmitry Bivol vs. Artur Beterbiev Trilogy Match. Benavidez (30-0, 24 kos) is the mandatory WBC for the undisputed belt semi-marked weight champion Bivol (24-1, 12 kos).

Benavész’s promoter, Sampson Lewkowicz, says that an offer was made for Benavidez to defend his interim semi -marked weight title against CMB against Callum Smith.
