Florida The Highway Patrol (FHP) and the Immigration and Customs Control of the United States (ICE) announced on Friday the arrest of an alleged member of the Train de Aragua (TDA) gang of Venezuela.
Franklin José Jiménez-Bracho is the first person detained under the Alien enemies law, which president Donald Trump Invoked last week, authorities said.
“Train of Aragua It is a dangerous foreign terrorist organization that has invaded our land, “said ICE Todd Lyons director, while FHP members at the press conference on Friday afternoon.” TDA has infiltrated the United States, its northern border, the southern border and in our river routes.
“Many of these members are cold -blooded murderers, rapists, thieves, drug traffickers, weapons and traffickers of people. They are accused of the most heinous crimes committed within our neighborhoods and communities. They have been loose in the United States.”

Lyons said Trump has pledged to eliminate violent members of the TDA gang as a priority.
“I am proud to say that, in the last 48 hours, ICE, along with our local partners and our other federal agencies, have arrested more than 68 gangs, terrorists in the United States,” Lyons said. “To date, we have arrested 394 of these terrorists. Our goal is to eradicate ADD of the American soil. We will not tolerate its illegal presence or the threat they represent for the American public.”

Trump to invoke the law of alien enemies in times of war from 1798 to accelerated deportations
The Alien enemies Law of 1798, which allows the deportation of natives and citizens of an enemy nation without a hearing, has been invoked three times, during the 1812 war, World War I and Second World War.
Jiménez-Bach is a well-known people and smuggler and is part of an ongoing investigation, authorities said.
“During the operation, Fdle special agents directed a group of FHP soldiers directly to Bracho and other members of the task force that the wives put him,” wrote the Department of Application of Florida’s Law on X on the arrest of Jiménez-Bracho.
