A federal judge in Colorado issued an order on Friday to block athlete immigration officials “to abolish the ice” and illegal immigrant Jeanette Vizgurra before a scheduled audience for next week.
The order places a temporary court order to the local officials of ICE Johnny Choate and Ernesto Santacruz, the secretary of the DHS, Kristi Noem, and the Attorney General of the United States, Pam Bondi, to order the removal of Vizguerra, while his case is being considered by the 10th Court of Appeals of the Circuit.
Vizguerra, 53, is a Mexican national illegally present in the country for years. After an order of deportation against her was issued, Vizguerra voluntarily left the country in 2012, only to return illegally a year later.
While in the United States, Vizguerra has become an open lawyer to abolish ice and reform Immigration laws be more permissive.

She was arrested by ICE in Aurora, Colorado, on Monday, a movement that created national controversy with many Democrats and media that rushed to her defense.

The order establishes that government officials “will not eliminate” Vizguerra until the court or tenth circuit leave the order.
Although the order states that the case of Vizguerra “raises complex problems”, Andrew Arthur, former immigration judge and policy expert at the Immigration Studies Center, told Fox News Digital that the case is simple.

“This is a woman who entered the United States illegally … is subject to the extraction of the United States, and is removable,” Arthur said. “Simply because she has spoken against immigration policies in the United States does not leave her immune to elimination.

“It is almost like a person who stole the bank, goes to jail, steals another bank and then complains about the criminal system in the United States,” he said. “Simply because you have thoughts about imprisonment in this country, it does not mean that you will not yet be subject to some type of response due to your posterior illegal activity.”
Matt O’Brien, Director of Investigations of the Institute of the Immigration Reform Law, a group of surveillance opposite to the abuses against the immigration law, told Fox News Digital that, despite the uproar, he believes that the arrest of Vizguerra is “100% justified.”

He said that “the only reason” Vizguerra evaded the arrest for so long was “because the state of Colorado and the Biden administration were accomplices to help her remain in the United States through her application of wrong policies that encouraged more behaviors without law and left the Americans less safe and safe.”
