For the first time in almost 10 years, a Berkshire Hathaway The employee claimed the Warren Buffett Grand Prix for $ 1 million for the NCAA support contest of his company.
An anonymous employee of the Aviation Training Company Flightsefety International, a Berkshire subsidiary of Buffett, won the annual internal roll contest after correctly calling 31 of the 32 games in the first round of the male basketball tournament called March Madness, according to a statement.
Oracle of Omaha, 94, was finally able to give the Grand Prix after relaxing the rules several times since the beginning of the competition in 2016. Originally, Buffett, a Creighton basketball fan, prepared to grant anyone who could perfectly predict the Sweet 16.
