The first Prosecutor of the United States Who was found dead during the weekend had suffered a “long -standing medical problem,” according to Fox News.
The body of Jessica D. Aber, 43, was discovered in a residence in Alexandria, Virginia, on Saturday. The authorities did not publish details about his death, but a family friend told Fox News on Sunday that the deceased suffered from a chronic medical condition.
“The police believe that death was the result of a long -standing medical problem,” said the source.

“As a matter of protocol, investigation is being carried out around the circumstances of his death,” said the APD statement. “The Office of the Chief Forensic Doctor of Virginia will determine the cause and the way of death.”
Aber worked as the United States prosecutor for the Eastern district of Virginia from 2021 to 2025, since he was appointed by former President Joe Biden. She renounced her position on January 20, the same day as president Donald Trump He assumed the position and called his role “an honor beyond the measure” in his renunciation letter.

In a statement published on Saturday X, the United States attorney general, Pam Bondi, expressed her condolences for Aber’s death.
“The loss of Jessica Aber, former American lawyer for the Eastern district of Virginia, is deeply tragic,” Bondi wrote. “Our hearts and prayers are with their family and friends during this deeply difficult moment.”
