The United States declared that three alleged members of the violent transnational gang Train of Aragua (ADD) are “alien enemies” and plan to extradite them to Chile, where they are sought by numerous violent crimesThe authorities said Monday.

Gamez Finol is a Venezuelan and Colombian dual citizen who was deported from the United States to Venezuela in August 2023 and then supposedly re -entered the United States. It is currently in the Texas County prison that meets a sentence for human smuggling.

Oyola Jiménez, a double Venezuelan and Ecuadorian citizen, is in custody in Washington after the Chilean authorities requested their arrest and Return to Chile To be tried for kidnapping charges.

The Alien enemies Law of 1798, which allows the deportation of natives and citizens of an enemy nation without a hearing, has been invoked three times, during the 1812 war, World War I and Second World War.
District Head of the United States, James Boasberg of the DC circuit granted a temporary restriction order that prevents deportations under the law.
The Trump administration has appealed the order.
A panel of three judges of the United States Court of Appeals for the Columbia district circuit is scheduled to listen to arguments on the matter on Monday afternoon.
