A series of bustling protests broke out at the beginning of the Senate Confirmation Hearing for Mike Huckabee, the nominee as the US.Ambassador to Israel.
Capitol Police officers forcibly eliminated several protesters in three separate moments during the few minutes when Huckbee delivered their opening statement.
The activists shouted messages like “the Jews say no” and “free Palestine” and claimed Huckabee “misuse of Christianity to justify ethnic cleaning.”
“Israel and we have desecrated the Holy Earth, stop ethnic cleaning,” he shouted to another protester.
