Worthy said Jones “planned to extort a house, money, cars and other value objects of the plaintiff inventing false stories of domestic violence and filtering the same to the press to professionally and personally murder the character and reputation of the plaintiff.”
“Instead of leaving and separating friendly, the defendant Jones enraged and dedicated himself to a series of abusive and exorctive efforts against the plaintiff and destroyed his game room, including his desk and game console (a PlayStation 5), and the key to his Rolls Royce”, the demand, obtained by Fox News Digital, readings. “The defendant Jones began to physically assault the plaintiff scratching his face and starting parts of his hair, causing pain and injuries.”
Documents also include photos of alleged damage.

Jones was awarded a protection order by a Texas judge earlier this month.
“Mrs. Jones has chosen to use her voice to speak for itself,” said his lawyer, Angelica Cogliano, in a statement to Associated Press. “In doing so, I look forward to the facts and circumstances of that night coming to light through the formal legal process and obtain the justice it deserves.”

Fox News Digital contacted a lawyer who represented Jones when he was granted a protection order.
