A federal judge of New Jersey temporarily blocked the Trump administration to separate two members of the Transgender Air Force Service.
The ruling is the second instance that a federal judge has failed against the Trump administration, since it seeks to implement its prohibition against transgender people to serve in the army.

The O’Hearn ruling occurs after the United States District Judge, Ana Reyes de Washington, DC, prevented the Trump administration from implementing its prohibition on March 19. Reyes said in his opinion that the Trump administration order was “soaked in mood” and discriminated against the transgender state of a person.
“In fact, the cruel irony is that thousands of members of the transgender service have sacrificed, some risking their lives, to ensure that other protection rights just like the military prohibition seeks to deny them,” Reyes wrote in the decision.
Trump has signed more than 90 executive orders since he returned to the White House in January, stimulating more than 125 demands against his administration.
