“Rust” has released its first advance for the western film from a weapon Alec Baldwin He held downloaded and killed the film director, Halyna Hutchins, in 2021.

According to a press release, the original “Rust” producers will not gain financially from the film.

“The terms of their settlement were sealed, but it has been confirmed that Hutchins and his son Andros will receive profits from the film,” the statement said.
The “Rust” Halyna Hutchins cinematographer died on October 21, 2021, after a Baldwin weapon was lit in the Bonanza Creek Ranch movie set in New Mexico.

Baldwin has maintained In multiple interviews he did not squeeze the trigger of the gun. The 65 -year -old actor described at the time the weapon was downloaded during a television appearance in December 2021, months after the fatal shooting.

The film’s armor, Hannah Gutiérrez Reed, was convicted of involuntary homicide and sentenced to 18 months after bars.
In July, a judge from Santa Fe dismissed the involuntary homicide of Baldwin case.

Baldwin hugged his face in his hands and cried when Judge Mary Marlow Sommer dismissed the case with prejudice, which means that the position cannot be presented against the actor again.

“The intentional retention of the state of this information was intentional and deliberate,” said Sommer. “If this behavior does not rise to the level of bad faith, it is certainly so close to bad faith to show signs of abrasor prejudice.
