Persuring the ‘bag’? Berlanga Salta Planta, points to Munguia and Bancos in the Riad season.

Edgar Berlanga points to a fight against Jaime Munguia at the end of this year if the Mexican fighter wins his revenge with Bruno Sureace on the Canelo Alvarez vs. billboard. William Scull on May 3 in Riad, Saudi Arabia.

Munguia on the plant?

Choosing the recently beaten Munguia as his desired opponent instead of the Caleb plant will make Berlanga look bad. Boxing fans already see that Berlanga has crouched the plant, but this will consolidate that view further if you choose to face Munguia.

There is no profit to Edgar fighting against Munguia because he has 2-2 in his last four fights, and he is likely to lose his revenge against Surace on May 3. Fans waited for Berlanga’s fight with Plant when he mentioned his name after his last fight.

Berlanga feels that Munguia, 28, is his best option because he would attract the interest of Mexican and Puerto Rican fans. He thinks that the gain on Munguia will give you a rematch with the unified medium -sized weight champion Canelo Álvarez.

The former challenger of the World Title of Super Medium Berlanga (23-1, 18 kos) said Ring Magazine that sees Munguia (44-2, 35 kos) as the guy he wants instead of the Caleb or Jermall Charlo plant.

First round fantasies

Berlanga believes that he can knock Munguia in the first round. Edgar’s first round knockout against the 35 -year -old Jonathan González-Ortiz March 15 has given him ideas that he can do the same with Munguia. Assuming that Berlanga has his desire to fight Munguia below, and overcomes it, it will be needed more than that to obtain a rematch with Canelo.

Berlanga has the Riad season that is interested in him and finance his expected fight against Munguia below. If it happens, good for him. Munguia and Berlanga are birds of a feather. Both boys have been carefully maneuvered all their careers, matched against a strictly weak opposition to obtain the big day of canelo payment. Both had the fight and were totally surpassed in unilateral losses.

The “Bag” factor

As expected, Berlanga will go to Jermall Charlo after Mucha because it is an easier option than the Caleb plant. If Canelo will make it difficult for Berlanga to get “The Bag” From him, he will have to go through some difficult contenders at 168, perhaps even men at age 175.

Edgar looked like a rehydrated cruise weight for his fight against González-Ortiz obese. If Berlanga is really desperate to get a rematch with Canelo, he will have to focus on toughest outputs on this list:

– David Benavidity
– David Morrell
– Dmitry Bivol
– Artur Benerbiev
– Osleys Iglesias

Overcome these boys would force Canelo to realize Berlanga and give him that “bag” he is chasing. That seems to be your professional approach instead of winning world titles as regular fighters.
