“This is the last example of an activist judge who tries to take power at the expense of the American people who voted overwhelmingly to elect President Trump,” said a spokesman for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to Fox News Digital in a statement on Friday. “The Department of Justice has strongly defended the executive actions of President Trump, including the Executive Order of Women Defensor, and will continue to do so.”
The American district judge Royce Lamberth in Washington issued the court order last week after the two inmates, identified in judicial documents such as Rachel and Ellen Doe, were added as plaintiffs to a lawsuit against Trump’s executive order with almost a dozen other inmates.

“The fact that they have already been transferred and, supposedly, have been abused in their new facilities, can only strengthen their affirmations of irreparable damage,” Lamberth wrote, a judge of the United States District Court Dragües, he wrote in the court order.
Court documents also claim that since they were transferred to a male prison, “they have not been able to access the holders of supports and women” while they undergo “sexual harassment” in the new facilities.
The Prison Office did not respond when it was contacted to comment on Friday.

Lamberth has not yet declared a lawsuit filed this month by three other inmates, a transgender woman in a prison of men and two transgender men in women’s prisons, who are challenging the prohibition of the executive order of transgender medical treatments in prisons.
