Andrew Tate, the controversial figure of social networks, faces a new demand from his ex -girlfriend, accusing him of sexual assault, aggression and gender violence.
The demand presented by Brianna Stern in Los Angeles details her relationship and how Tate initially seemed a “dream come true”, but then states that he became emotionally and physically abusive.
He details a violent meeting that allegedly took place on March 11 at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where he alleges that he was attacked and threatened.
In a statement to the BBC, Tate’s lawyer dismissed the accusations and described the demand as a “flagrant acceleration of cash”, accusing Mrs. Stern to level the accusations of “money and attention.”

“Andrew’s legal team is ready to defend it fiercely in court, where the truth will expose this unfounded scheme,” Joseph McBride told the BBC.
McBride also attacked Stern’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, who represents dozens of victims who allege sexual assault against Sean “Diddy”, calling him a “low -life background feeder.”
Demand comes as Tate continues to face serious legal challenges In multiple countries.
In 2022, he and his brother Tristan Tate were arrested in Romania For positions of forming a criminal organization, with Andrew Tate also faces violation charges in the country.
In addition, both brothers have been accused of sexual assault in the United States and the United Kingdom, although none has been convicted of any crime.
The demand describes a pattern of alleged manipulation and preparation that began when Mrs. Stern met for the first time with Tate in Romania, where she had traveled for a modeling work in the summer of 2024.
Tate told Mrs. Stern that she took care of the women she leaves and that she would not have to work if they were together, according to the demand.
Initially, Tate appeared as charming, but Mrs. Stern alleges that her behavior quickly became degrading and threatening.
According to his statements, he referred to her as her “property” and submitted it to verbal abuse, calling her an “idiot”, among other names.
She described an incident at the Beverly Hills hotel in which she supposedly hit, drowned and then threatened to kill her while they had sex, a meeting that, according to her, began as a consensual.
“Tate began to degrade verbally (the) plaintiff as he did routinely, but this time it was much worse, more aggressive and more violent,” says the demand.
Mrs. Stern said in the complaint that she hit her on her face and head, and she cried to stop, claiming at one time the pressure on her neck almost made her lose her knowledge.
“Tate repeatedly told him that if he ever crossed it, he was going to kill her,” says the demand.
He affirms that, after the episode, Mrs. Stern acted as if nothing was bad in the hope of leaving the hotel safely in the morning.
He later looked for medical attention, where a doctor told him that he had “syndrome after conversion.”
Tate supposedly sent a message to Mrs. Stern: “If you ever betray me, you will regret it.” The lawsuit states that she waited until he left the country to inform the assault on the police.
Together with punitive damage, she says in the demand that she is requesting a restriction order and hopes that legal action avoids “your pattern to use and abuse women.”
The amount for which he is demanding did not appear, but the lawsuit requests legal damages, lawyers and court costs and any additional relief such as the court may consider fair and appropriate. ”
After the lawsuit filed, Mrs. Stern published a statement in her Instagram account, saying that she still loved Tate despite the accusations she leveled.
“It was honestly difficult for me to accept that I was being abused,” he said.
Tate has not yet commented personally about demand.
