Democratic strategist James Carville believes that Trump administration It has collapsed in less than three months.
During a recent appearance in the CNN host program Michael Smerconish, Carville declared that President Donald Trump’s second mandate had become a failure before what predicted.

Carville continued, saying that the Trump administration represents the “end of the rule of law.”
“We are looking at Nincompoops and blockheads and jesters that run the country,” he added.
Despite Carville’s insistence that Trump is collapsing, recent surveys have revealed that at least he is doing better at this point in his presidency than during his first mandate.
