For the “Baywatch” star Alexandra Paul, which began as a terrifying intrusion in her private life became a 13 -year nightmare.
Paul revealed to Fox News Digital the traumatic experience of being harassed by a woman who addressed her and her family, which led her husband to be hit by a car and more than $ 60,000 in legal fees.
“The most difficult part was not knowing when my husband was already being observed and followed and worried about hurting us,” Paul exclusively told Fox Digital while reflecting on the emotional cost of living with a constant fear.

Paul, who played Lieutenant Stephanie Holden in the successful series in 1989, previously described her stalker as a “white European woman, conventionally attractive, carefully dressed and 20 years younger.”
“The most difficult part was not knowing when my husband and I were being observed and followed and worrying that she would hurt us.”
He “Baywatch” star He revealed that his stalker had been obsessed with her for more than a decade, and the cost was amazing, both financial and emotional.
“I have spent more than $ 60,000 in legal fees, hiring private researchers and installing security systems to try to protect my home,” he said.

Although Paul thought the situation was initially innocent, he recalled a traumatic moment when the stalking worse.
“Place my supermarket bags in the back seat and I am starting my car to get out of the parking lot in Santa Monica. Suddenly, the passenger door opens,” Paul recalled in the The Ankler.

At the time he saw who had entered his car, he shouted in terror.
“I save savagely in the door handle, jump and start running to the store to pray for a security guard,” he recalled.

But his stalker was not far away.
“There are steps just behind me,” Paul added.
“I return to my car and frantically block the doors. There are blows in the window, urgent shouts. I cover my head, I lean on the steering wheel, I try not to look.”
Although Paul had sought restriction orders and made the FBI investigate his stalker, who was arrested, imprisoned and deported to Germany, the actress’s nightmare still did not show signs of completion.

“Nothing has deterred her from her fixation on me. He always returns.”
The stalker followed her everywhere, from the gym to her hiking routes, and even rented a room just one block from her house.
“She found me alone on hiking routes … falsely told police that my husband was hitting me … she crashed her workplace to falsely affirm that she was a pedophile.”

Despite the common belief that female represent less physical threats than men, Paul said that danger still exists.
“Women stagging from public figures have the same probability of violence as their male counterparts, although when they become violent, it is not so dangerous for the victim.”

But the toll did not stop with its own safety. Her husband was hit by a car driven by her stalker, and even her old mother was harassed at her home in another state.
“I am very fortunate to have had my husband by my side through all this, and I’m very sorry how the stalker also attacked him,” Paul shared with Fox News Digital. “We are changed to people due to this experience. We are both cautious and, out of habit, we still scan the street when we leave the house.”

The “Baywatch” student has 263 incident documentation pages with his stalker over 13 years, including legal document files, photos and detective reports he hired.
