A Honduran foreigner accused of murdering a GEORGIA MOTHER OF FIVE In a random attack earlier this month, it faces additional charges that include violation and necrophilia.
The immigration and customs control of the United States (ICE) said that David Héctor Rivas-Sagastume, 21, has been the subject of a deportation order since July 2023.
Earlier this month, he was accused of capital murder in the death of Camilia Williams, a 52 -year -old mother and a grandmother. His body was thrown in a wooded area in Cobb County, Georgia, authorities said.

Prosecutors presented additional charges against Rivas-Sagastume on Friday, including Malice murderaggravated assault, rape, aggravated sexual assault and necrophilia.
Williams’ family told local media that he said a man had been following her in the days before the night she was killed. The authorities have not determined the suspect connection with Williams.

An arrest warrant establishes that Rivas-Sagastume assaulted Williams de Marietta, placing it in a strangulator, which makes her lose knowledge at some point between 11 pm and 1 in the morning of March 12, Fox Atlanta reported. Once unconscious, Rivas-Sagastume supposedly told the Police that he put both knees and his full body weight on his neck, which led to his death.
The National Security Department told Fox News that Rivas-Sagastume entered the United States illegally On March 17, 2021, and was arrested by the border patrol of the United States.

“The previous administration issued a notice to appear and on probation in the country,” said the statement. “A judge ordered him to withdraw him on July 11, 2023. On March 18, 2025, he was arrested by the Cobb County Police Department for capital murder and other crimes.”
