The White House Consider the case of chat filtration of the “closed” signal group, said Trump administration pressures, Karoline Leavitt, to the media on Monday while reiterating the president Donald Trump’s Support to the National Security Advisor Mike Waltz.
“As the president has made it very clear, Mike Waltz is still an important part of his national security team,” Leavitt told the media in a brief comments during a group outside the White House press room on Monday afternoon. “And this case has been closed here in the White House, as far as we are concerned.”
“There have been steps to ensure that something like this can never happen again,” he continued. “And we are moving forward. And the president and Mike Waltz and his entire national security team have been working very well, if he observes how much more sure are the United States of America due to the leadership of this team.”
The Trump administration was the subject of scrutiny of the Democrats and other critics after the chief editor of the Atlantic, Jeffrey Goldberg, revealed in an article published on March 24 that was added to a chat of group of signals with top top top National Security Leadersincluding Waltz, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and CIA director John Ratcliffe.

The signal is an application of encrypted messaging that operates in a similar way to text messages or make phone calls, but with additional security measures that help ensure that communications are maintained private for those included in the correspondence.

The Atlantic report characterized the Trump administration as sending “war plans” text messages regarding a planned strike against the Hutis rebels in Yemen. However, the Trump administration has maintained that there was no material classified in the chat, and Trump repeatedly defended Waltz in the midst of the consequences.
Waltz assumed responsibility for the inclusion of the journalist in the high -profile group chat, even in an interview with Laura Ingraham of Fox News.
“I built the group. My work is to make sure everything is coordinated,” Waltz said about “Ingraham’s angle.”
“Of course I didn’t see this loser in the group. It seemed someone else,” Waltz added. “The person I thought was there was never there.”

Leavitt told the media on Wednesday that the administration was investigating the incident, explaining that Elon Musk’s team was also helping with the investigation.
“The National Security Council, the Office of the White House lawyer and also, yes, Elon Musk’s team” will lead research on the signal escape, Leavitt said during a white house conference.
“Elon Musk has offered to put his technical experts on this, to discover how this number was added inadvertently to the chat, again, to assume responsibility and ensure that this can never happen again,” he continued.

“They simply do not stop, again and again they are in the false press should explain how successful the attack was and how drowns Joe Biden should have done it years ago,” he published.
“This story and narrative is so old and boring, but it is only used because we are having the first hundred and most successful presidential days in the history of America, and they cannot find anything to talk about. False media have the lowest approval ratings in history, and for a good reason.
