Chrisley knows best star Chase Chrisley was identified as a suspect in an alleged simple assault.
According to the police report he obtained My WeeklyOfficers with the Atlanta Police Department responded to a call at Twin Peaks Sports Bar on Monday, January 6, where an employee claimed he had been assaulted by Chrisley, 28.
According to the alleged victim, Chrisley got “really drunk” at the bar. He began to “behave very disrespectfully and belligerently.”
The employee told police that Chrisley was asked to leave the business “several times.” Instead, the reality star reportedly “refused to leave and became more aggressive.”
Police said in their report that the alleged victim accused Chrisley of punching him twice in the face. The employee suffered no injuries and refused medical treatment.
The alleged victim said he had security camera footage of the incident. It is unclear if he recorded the footage and shared it with police.
My Weekly asked Chrisley’s rep for comment.
The Growing up Chrisley Star’s legal situation comes as his parents Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley remain in prison for fraud and tax evasion.
While their penalties were reduced in September 2023, Julie, 52, is not expected to be released from prison until March 2028, while Todd, 55, will remain until May 2032.

According to Chase his parents they don’t live in the best conditions in their individual prisons.
“Everybody’s acting like my dad’s at some country club, and he’s not at all,” he remarked. “They got like black mold (where my dad is) and my mom’s place is even worse. I don’t think it even has air conditioning. They are in camp. It’s better than being behind a wall.”
Despite the circumstances, Todd and Julie’s children continue to push forward. Earlier this month, Savannah, 27, announced that her younger brother Grayson, 18, was starting college at the University of Alabama.
