Travis Kelce gives a glimpse into his wedding season

Travis Kelce can be a headache for a girlfriend Taylor Swiftbut that doesn’t mean he’s automatically willing to walk down the aisle during football season.

During the Wednesday, Jan. 8, episode of his hit podcast “New Heights,” Travis, 35, and his brother Jason Kelce answered a question about fall weddings as part of the “No Dumb Questions” segment.

“I don’t actually know people who get married in the fall because all the weddings I’ve been to — my friends always do it in the summer,” the tight end said in response to a caller who revealed his girlfriend wants to marry in the fall despite his insisting that he “will be at the football game”.

“You have to be more in sync with things,” Travis added, expressing his concerns about the caller’s relationship dynamics and willingness to find common ground. “You have to be willing to, you know, find a weekend where the team isn’t going to play anybody good.

The Super Bowl champion went on to say that he’s “seen weddings in February of kings, I’ve seen weddings everywhere, but fall…I’m not so sure fall is a good wedding season.”

Although Travis and Swift have been tight-lipped about their own relationship plans, others in their orbit were only too happy to comment on where they think their romance is headed.

IN interview with Mirror posted on Friday, January 3 former NFL corner and pro-bowler Adam “Pacman” Jones they said Travis and Swift are “getting married” this year “after football.”

Jones also took issue with the conspiracy theory that the couple are not in a “real” relationship. “I think they’re in a real relationship,” he said. “I know Trav because he went to UC. His love (is true). When he says he’s with someone, he’s with someone.”

Of Travis’ most recent ex-girlfriend, Jones added that he “was with her and found something better and moved on.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Jones also praised the two for how their relationship has elevated Travis’ standing on and off the field. “I love it,” he said. “I wish I was that smart when I was young. I’m saying you see how many marketing pitches he gets. You see how many jerseys he sells.”

Travis and Swift were first linked in September 2023 after the “Anti-Hero” singer was photographed at a Kansas City Chiefs game. In an interview for TIMEPersonality of the Year, Swift, 35, opened up about her relationship for the first time.

“It all started when Travis very adorably played me on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell,” she said at the time. “Right after that we started meeting. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for because we got to know each other. When I went to the first game, we were a couple.”
