Bronwyn Newport turns to the best when it comes to style inspo.
Newport, 39, rocked a famous Carolina Herrera dress during the shoot The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City reunion season 5. How Bravo revealed the cast’s look on Thursday, January 9. Newport explained that she originally wore the cherry red dress Karlie Kloss on 2021 Met Gala.
“(It was) custom made for me to wear/buy,” Bravo said, noting that the piece is “not on loan.”
The dazzling gown featured a plunging neckline with floral ruffles lining the arms, mini skirt and train. Like Kloss, 32, Newport accessorized with the same silk clutch Kloss wore on the red carpet.

For her own look, Newport styled the piece with red Valentino pumps and diamond rings and earrings from Melissa Kay.
Newport’s glam pulled her look together perfectly thanks to her makeup artist Sophia Vallejoswhich created a full beat including long lashes, nude eyeshadow, rosy and contoured cheeks and a peppery red pout. Her brown hair was parted in the middle and styled into chin-length hair Jakub Rozenberg.
Dressing up the outfit, Kloss sparkled with dangling diamond earrings, nude nails and black stiletto heels.
Newport later accepted Instagram gushing over Kloss’s dress. “I’m so grateful to (designer) Wes Gordon and @carolinaherrera for pulling Karlie Kloss’ actual Met Gala dress from their archives and customizing it for me and selling it for both the big day and my own collection.”
There’s only one Real Housewife on fashion designer Christian Siriano’s client list. She continued, “The dress on the Met Gala carpet was meant to symbolize the flower of America, the rose at the In America: Lexicon of Fashion event. To me, it was a symbol of my hope for friendship to blossom in the future after watching each other all season if we can all get over each other’s thorns! Red seemed to be the main trend RHOSLC occupation, s Mary Cosby, Heather Gay, Meredith Marks and Whitney Rose also wears a hot color.
