Jessica Alba she is not only a successful actress, but also an entrepreneur thanks to her brand The Honest Company — but her estranged husband, Cash Warrenalso has brand links.

Alba, 43, founded the personal care brand in 2011, which began with a focus on products for children. The Honest Company launched the following year with 17 products, initially sold on its website and at various Whole Foods and Costco locations. It later expanded into home care products.

That same year, The Honest Company officially filed for an initial public offering on the stock market. The business was valued at around $1.4 billion at the time. According to the 2021 SEC filing, Alba’s salary for the following year was set at $700,000.

After standing behind the brand for more than a decade, Alba announced in April 2024 that she did resign as chief creative officer. He remains on the board of Honest Company.

“Building honesty was a true labor of love,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “From the first concept book I pitched to my friends in a Mommy and Me class, to ringing the bell at the Nasdaq with my family by my side, this journey has been the ride of a lifetime that only existed in my wildest dreams…”
