How big is Canelo Álvarez?

AFTER another flawless performance from Canelo Alvarez last night, no one can argue that he is the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world right now.

I created a video below where I talk about where I think Alvarez stands in the TBE (The Best Ever) category and I’m sure my choice on this will surprise most.

During their fight last night I thought that Avni Yildirim’s style is made for Canelo. But then I thought carefully whose style is not made for Canelo. He has dominated many of those he has faced besides Floyd Mayweather, but that was when Alvarez was only 23 years old.

Álvarez is the most improved fighter I have ever seen, he keeps getting better and better.

Now they have pitted him against my teammate and friend from the Olympic team. Billy Joe SaundersI think this is the only fight that everyone wants to see.

And I’m very excited about that. Will Canelo finally find someone who has the style that prevents him from continuing to make history or will he continue and become the best of all time?
