“I get up to $1,100 from TikTok if it’s one of the top 10 most popular TikToks with that song, so it’s more likely to say $200, but it could be up to $1,100,” Pratt explained in the video. “So if you’re bored, go like the last video. It’s actually a great song and Aly & AJ are wearing Pratt Daddy Crystals – my friend Amber goes to all their shows and gives them all the crystals so it’s kind of an authentic promo because she’s wearing my crystals. I also want to get the $1,100.”
After receiving some backlash in the comments, Pratt shared on Friday, “Some demonic monster just wrote on my IG and tagged me saying, ‘Of course Spencer is milking her burnt house for every dollar she’s worth.’ Duh. Duh. it is so. Let me find out every dollar I can get.”
He continued, “How come you humans have no brains? Are you just the dumbest creatures alive? Of course I’m trying to get money to pay for living with my family because our house and all our possessions burned down. And if I can do that on social media, which I’ve been making as the only money I’ve been making for years, non-stop, showing my way to burning down our house and all of our possessions, don’t you think I’m going to keep milking it for every dollar?’
Pratt and Montag, who have been married since 2008 and have sons Gunner (6) and Ryker (13 months) together, also hoped fans would support them by choosing not to watch episodes of the show again. Hills.
“I’d rather you watch anything in the world, but. Hills. Don’t give that show a dollar or that narrator a single brain cell that listens to her voice,” Pratt said in a video shared on TikTok, referring to Lauren Conrad. “No, there are no leftovers. So I’d rather you watch the paint dry, tag me in (you) staring at the wall – that would help me more in life. Don’t waste your energy watching Hills thinking that helps us in life.”
As for the future of reality TV, Pratt shared maybe a new opportunity with Hulu amidst his family’s heartbreaking situation. He asked fans to “spam” all Hulu accounts so their social team could tell network executives at an alleged meeting Monday: “You better give Spencer and Heidi a new reality documentary about rebuilding their lives and their house from the rubble.” “
