Liam Payne Death: Hotel guest traumatized by seeing Star’s Balcony Fall

Brett Watson, who was a guest at the CasaSur Palermo hotel in Buenos Aires, recalled seeing Payne’s fall from the balcony in a clip from the Monday 16th documentary. TMZ is investigating: Liam Payne: Who’s to blame?

“I met with our wedding planner. We went up to the room and happened to be looking out of our hotel window,” Watson recalled. “We saw Liam fall.

Watson said his room was on the first floor and added: “We immediately ran out onto the balcony to see what it was and when we looked down we saw it was Liam lying on the ground. He landed face up so we could tell right away it was him and he was motionless.’

The eyewitness was visibly upset reminder of details from the incident.

“I don’t have a medical degree, but from what I saw it looked like he died on impact. Time immediately stopped or slowed down,” Watson continued. “To see someone just fall is heartbreaking, but to be able to see it happen and hear the impact on the ground, that was scarier than seeing them fall.”

He concluded: “Then seeing the immediate aftermath is something that’s burned into my brain and I’ll never forget it, and I’m still working to process and understand everything that we’ve seen.”

My Weekly Payne confirmed in October died after falling from on the third floor of his Argentinian hotel. He was 31. Buenos Aires city police were dispatched that day to the CasaSur Palermo hotel where Payne was staying. According to an official police report, officers were acting on a report of an “aggressive male who may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol”.

In November, the prosecutor’s office announced that three people had been charged with abandonment leading to death and supplying and facilitating narcotics in connection with Payne’s death.

“The first defendant, a companion of the artist during his stay in Buenos Aires, was charged with abandonment leading to death – an offense under Article 106 of the Penal Code punishable by five to 15 years in prison – in connection with the delivery of the goods. and facilitating the use of narcotics,” said a statement from Andrés Esteban Madreawho asked for the arrest of three people in a 180-page indictment he submitted Judge Laura Graciela Bruniard. “A second defendant, a hotel employee, is accused of providing cocaine to Payne on two occasions while he was staying at the hotel, and a third defendant, also a narcotics supplier, is accused of two further confirmed cases of cocaine supply on October 14. they are accused of supplying narcotics.”

The forensics team ultimately ruled out “self-harm or third-party involvement” in Payne’s death, noting that his “lack of a defensive position on impact suggests that (he) may have fallen semi- or fully unconscious.”
