In September, Diddy was arrested in New York and charged with sex trafficking, extortion and transportation for prostitution. He denied all the allegations against him.
After Diddy was arrested, Marc Agnifilo said during an appearance on CNN’s The Source With Kaitlan Collins that his client is not guilty. “He is innocent,” Agnifilo said. “I believe he is innocent. I believe he is innocent of the charges,” he said. “He will go to court. And I believe he will win.”
Diddy is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He was refused bail four times. December 13th People announced that Diddy dropped his latest appeal be released on bail.
