Los Angeles Officials Release Video of Home Looters, Arson Suspects

The Los Angeles County district attorney has released footage showing the looting of a home in Pacific Palisades and the moment an arson suspect was arrested in the nearby city of Azusa.

Looting suspects could face life in prison under California’s “three strikes” law, under which repeat offenders can be sentenced to 25 years to life in prison after a third conviction.

The arson is not related to any major fire and allegedly started in a local park, the district attorney said.
