Kyle Richards he was not satisfied Garcelle Beauvais‘ comment on her sexuality on last night Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
“What was really going through my head was, ‘You’re a–e.’ right now,” Kyle, 56, said of costar Garcelle, 58, during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: After Show on Tuesday, January 14. “Don’t try to act like daisies. You know exactly what you’re doing.”
During Tuesday’s episode of the show RHOBAKyle was talking about her breakup from Mauricio Umansky as Garcelle chimed in to be “100 percent open” with her friend.
“Do whatever you want. Be who you want to be,” Garcelle stated. “If you want to be a lesbian, be a lesbian.”
Kyle looked like a deer in the headlights at first, but all the women started laughing shortly after the comment was made.
“Where I was coming from that night when I said that, it was about us being grown asses. We are people’s mothers, we are people’s grandmothers,” explained Garcelle. “I didn’t pressure her to come out. What I was saying is be who you want to be.”
After Kyle and Mauricio Notice of Demerger Dated July 2023fans speculated about the state of her friendship with the country singer Morgan Wade. Both women have denied that they were romantically involved.
Morgan, 30, was discussed at length during RHOBA season 13 last year, but Kyle said My Weekly exclusive in November 2024 that it is “not fair” to discuss their friendship already on screen.
During Tuesday’s aftershow, Kyle wondered if Garcelle was trying to “get a reaction” out of her. “What I was wondering about was, what are you getting at?” Kyle asked.
Kyle claimed during Tuesday’s aftershow that Garcelle didn’t apologize for what she said. Meanwhile, Garcelle continued to consider her intentions.
“I’m not trying to call her off. To own it, to be authentic,” explained Garcelle. “I feel like Kyle cares a lot about what people think and what it’s going to look like and what it’s going to look like over there — and he’s trying to figure it out.”
Garcelle said women her age “don’t have to worry as much” about what people say. The public “can connect” more with the authenticity and alluded to Kyle being more open about what he’s going through.
“If it’s you, or even if you’re discovering it, discover it and own it,” she said.
