Donald Trump he is calling on some big names in Hollywood to help him in his upcoming administration.
“It is an honor to announce. Jon Voight, Mel Gibsonand Sylvester Stalloneto be special ambassadors in a great but very troubled place, Hollywood, California,” the president-elect, 78, wrote Social truth on Thursday, January 16. “They will serve as my special emissaries to bring Hollywood, which has lost a lot of business overseas over the past four years, BACK – BIGGER, BETTER, AND STRONGER THAN BEFORE!”
Trump added that three “very talented people” will serve as his “eyes and ears” in entertainment.
“I’ll do whatever they suggest,” he continued. “It will be, like the United States of America itself, the Golden Age of Hollywood again!”
After the news broke, Gibson, 69, indicated he had learned of his appointment at the same time as the rest of the world, but said he was excited about the new role.
