TikTok star Chris O’Donnellbest known as Creeohdee, died aged 31.
O’Donnell said he died on January 11 online obituary. Details regarding a memorial service have not been released. One of O’Donnell’s friends paid tribute to the content creator on his obituary page.
“Chris, I will love you forever. You have been the light in my life since we met in 2016. I wish we could move to CA together in 2021 as we talked about,” Morgan Ballou wrote on Thursday, January 16th. “I wish we were in touch more than just online every few weeks. I have so many wishes. Finally, I wish you peace. My heart is broken. All the love and thoughts in the world to your family and Blue💙🕊️.”
One of O’Donnell’s followers also offered his condolences to the family, leaving a sweet message about how the internet personality’s videos provided daily inspiration.
“I am so sorry for your loss, my heart goes out to your family. I never had the pleasure of meeting Chris, he was an incredible inspiration to me and motivated me to hit the gym,” wrote a fan on Wednesday, January 15. “I loved watching him share his life online, showing his adventures his passion and living life to the fullest with a burning smile. I am heartbroken for you for the loss of such a wonderful and influential individual. My thoughts and condolences are with you as you grieve.”
AND cause of death was not officially listed. However, AND! News announced that the Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s Office has ruled it a suicide.
Fellow TikToker Iron Shrine (real name: Kevin Clevenger) posted a video on the platform in honor of his late friend. The clip featured several moments of the pair over the years.
“One day I will find peace in knowing that you are no longer in pain, but today my heart aches that you are gone.” I love you,” Iron Sanctuary captioned Thursday upload.
O’Donnell was best known for posting fitness videos on both TikTok and Instagram. According to his Instagram page, O’Donnell was also a bodybuilding and bull riding enthusiast. One day before his death, the social media star uploaded his last Instagram post.
“They do,” he captioned a photo of himself in the desert, wearing a straw cowboy hat, aviator sunglasses and a white button-up shirt.
Many fans and loved ones paid tribute to O’Donnell in the comments section.
“I wish we had the chance to go to the mountains together bro…maybe one day we will. Rest in peace,” fitness influencer Daniel Ryjov replied, while fitness trainer Nathan Freihofer replied: “I’ll miss you mate.”
